When I inquired about a shipping update, the team quickly looked into the matter and responded in the most professional and courteous way imaginable. They found that there might be some foul play with the Shipping Company and not only did they react quickly, they resent the entire package WITH a Bonus for my experience. Let me say that the delay had not even started so to speak. It was about a week into the process and I already had the tracking number. It's when I inquired about how long it usually takes after that, that they jumped into action and must've seen something they didn't like.
