My package is being returned to sender.

Unfortunately, returned packages are lost as we are unable to retrieve any returned deliveries. Most of time packages are being returned because a wrong or insufficient address was provided or the package had not been picked up on time. Steroidify can’t be responsible in both scenarios. Please go personally to your local post office and proceed with an inquiry. Sometimes, packages can be returned because import documents are missing. In this case we need a copy of the notification to initiate a reship.

We highly recommend to check tracking numbers and your post box more frequently and be careful on putting the real name and address when placing your order.
