Clomid 50 (Pharmaqo)
Clomid (commercially known as Clomiphene Citrate) – a synthetic estrogen, which is usually assigned to women that have difficulty conceiving a child. As for men, the application of Clomid increases the level of hormones that stimulate the testicles. That is Clomid acts directly on the pituitary gland. This increases the natural production of testosterone by the body.
Tamoxifen 20 (Pharmaqo)
Tamoxifen 20 is a medication classified as an anti-estrogen agent, distinct from steroids, and possessing a potent anti-steroid influence. This effect arises from Tamoxifen Citrate's capability to hinder estrogen absorption in specific organ receptors.
Tamoxifen Citrate is effective in impeding the progression of tumor diseases that are estrogen-driven. Originally designed for women, it is now actively employed by men in bodybuilding pursuits due to its remarkable effectiveness.
Tadalafil (Cialis) (Pharmaqo)
Tadalafil, produced by Pharmaqo, is a medication designed to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. Its active ingredient, tadalafil, functions as a PDE-5 enzyme inhibitor, facilitating muscle relaxation in the penile arteries. This relaxation allows for increased blood flow, which, when combined with psychological or physical sexual stimulation, results in an erection.

PCT or Post Cycle Therapy is the name we use different protocols that can aid males to resume their natural hormone production after anabolic steroid cycles.
The most common PCT protocols contain one or more SERMs or Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators, sometimes with HCG or Human Chorionic Gonadotropin added to the protocol.
SERMs will help the recovery of the HPTA or Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Thyroid Axis that’s been shut down during cycle, while HCG signals the leydig cells, which are the primary source of androgens in males.
PCT dosages and lengths are very much dependent on how long and how suppressive cycle was.
A PCT protocol for a relatively short (8-10 weeks) “test only” cycle would be 3-4 weeks of just 50mg of clomiphene daily. Or you may combine it with 20mg of tamoxifen daily.
A more lengthy and complex cycle with 19 nors included will require 100mg of clomiphene daily for 2 weeks followed by 50mg for another 2 weeks, alongside 40mg of tamoxifen daily for 2 weeks and 20mg for another 2 weeks.
HCG is often added during cycle with 250iu twice a week or immediately before you start with SERMs with one or two shots of 1000iu a week apart.
SERMs protocol would begin a week after last steroid shot if using short esters like propionate or acetate or two weeks if using long esters like enanthate or cypionate.
ED pills like tadalafil or sildenafil are also often used during PCT to keep sexual function. Some guys like adding a low dose of proviron during this period. Proviron is a steroid that doesn’t interfere with natural production during a PCT.
It’s important to do bloodwork with full hormone panel 2-3 months after PCT is finished to assess proper recovery of baseline levels.
A well designed PCT protocol is NOT the guarantee of full recovery. Steroid users often need early TRT or HRT and can become infertile.
Please be reminded that females do NOT need PCT.
